Who better knows to market his movies than actor turned producer Bhuvan K.C. ?
After regular war of words with his former wife Sushmita K.C. (Now Sushmita Lama)., Bhuvan seems to be working too hard to protect his image. His recent disclosure of new girl friend, a business women, which Cinesansar revealed actually turned out to be someone else wife. This weekend, Nagarik Dainik reporter Santosh Rimal grilled Bhuvan regarding the someone else women in his life, Koteswor fiasco and more.

How could you claim someone else wife as your girlfriend?

Actually, during the function I had come along with this business woman whom I had known for just 10 days. She was my fan and was venturing into boutique biz, so she wanted to gain some PR. I had brought her along and media persons started asking questions regarding her. Someone asked is she your new girlfriend or what?
In the jest of humor, I simply replied ‘Yes, she is my new girlfriend’. Well the media went frenzy upon it and started filling their tabloids with exaggerated versions of that story. Everybody knows, I am not diplomatic while answering media questions, I treat media people as my closest friends and chat with them naturally with some wit and humor, which caused this trouble.

If she is not your girlfriend, how would you clarify the infamous filmy Koteswor incident ?

Actually, that day we were hunting for the shooting location for her boutique ad. We were driving along the Koteswor area, suddenly we saw one motorbike in front of us parked in the middle of the road blocking out car. It was none other than her husband on the bike. He came to our car, snatched the keys and tried to drag her out of the car. I requested him to stop the antics and let’s talk in the car. But he refused and started using abusive words against me. So, I just bid them goodbye and left.

Aren’t you ashamed, because of your joke full one line, someone else home is wrecked ?

If I had done wrong then I would not only feel ashamed but would even apologize in front of the media to her family. But I dont think I have done any wrong. When I met her I didn’t ask her bio-data. I don’t make friends by looking their complete profile. She was my fan, wanted my help to promote her boutique, so I took her to the function. To be honest, by that time I didn’t even know whether she was married or single.
Later I found, she was married but had been living alone for months due to problem with her husband. Her husband was eager enough to give her even divorce, if he was given enough of property that she owns.

So, you mean to say his husband was gold digger? Even your ex-wife claims you are the one.

Look I don’t want to judge other people. If Sushmita claims I have taken any financial aid from her, then its all rubbish. I am from upper class family with enough property and money. I have produced five super hit movies and doing pretty well on my own why would I need someone else money ?

How is now your relation with your new found girlfriend?

Please dont try to put words in my mouth. She was my fan and is still good friend of mine. She even called me up after Koteswor incident and told how bad she felt for her husband’s actions that day.

It is said, Fish without water and Bhuvan without a scandal before his release is impossible. So, was that some publicity stunt?

Well, people can say whatever they want. I don’t know why people are so into pulling my legs before any of my big release. But, it always turns upside down and finally helps my movie to do better. Currently, I am busy for my next release ‘Saathi Ma Timro’ where my son Anmol is making debut. Other than that I dont care anything what is printed in the media by the gossipmongers.

How about next marriage?

After 2 marriages and 2 divorces, I am not yet into the mood of tying a knot any soon know. I would definitely not re-tie a knot with Sushmita, with others only God knows !
