Rajesh brings Bride to Kathmandu

Well, it feels somewhat awakward to smear ‘sindoor’ holy powder at the age of 50. But, Rajesh Hamal is as exicited as 25 years old lad when he put ‘sindoor’ onto Sumina Ghimire and make her his bride.
After nearly a month shooting in Chitwan, the cast and crew of the movie – ‘Dulahi’ (Bride) finally landed in Kathmandu last week. Directed by Baburam Dhakal, the movie is the story of simple and naive village girl who gets married to rich and urban boy from the city. Its about her life, her struggle to survive in the glittering yet harsh city. The movie also stars Karishma Manadhar, Mukesh Dhakal along with Rajesh & Sumina.

The movie boasts of exiciting new expirements like including rare game of Elephant Polo included for the first time in any Nepali movie. Also, the music by Asta Lama is somewhat new in the movie. After few weeks of shooting in the Valley, the production teams hopes to take the movie into post production phase to release the movie early next year.
