BUDS Film Fiesta Begins

After Indigenous Film Festival and Mountain Film Festival, Gopi Kirhsna Movies Pvt. Ltd. has begun film festival for short film makers – BUDS Film Fiesta. The production house and multiplex owner, Gopi Krishna Movies provides platform for the amateur movie makers, independent movie makers, documentary makers to showcase their talent in this festival. The movies will be of length 2:00 Mins to below an hour. The festival will be running for four days showcasing 44 short films including 2 international entries. Out all movies submitted only 24 will be selected for the competition, while rest will be screened outside of the competition like Cannes or Berlin film festival.
Its very nice step taken by one of the oldest production houses of Nepal promoting new talents through these festivals. We hope to see lot of new kind of cinema being made by this generation.
