Blast from the past: Bina Budhathoki

Once known for her glamourus and sensitive roles, Bina Budhathoki was spotted in Kathmandu after nearly a decade along with her daughter. She attended the premire of the movie - Farkera Herda.
After ‘Apsara’ more than a decade ago, she suddenly went into exile like Karishma Manandhar. She went to Japan after facing financial crisis. The Maoist revolution had endangered complete nation and almost collapsed Nepali CineSansar.

After a long gap she had come to visit her family and friends. As soon as she arrived in Kathmandu, she was offered a role in a movie. She told the media she has already accepted the role in the movie - Glamour. She also shared how she missed Nepali movies and industry while working in Japan. She plans to come back for good some five more years later. Nevertheless, during this short vacation, she wanted to be part of Nepali CineSansar and was glad her wish came true with her role in Glamour.
