Producer and Actor Roj Rana in trouble

Metro police have filed charges against Roj Rana along with three other people for forcing young girls to dance in the bars owned by Saroj Thapa, alias Roj Rana. According to reports, DSP Kedar Dhakal had raided on VIP dance bar, on 23rd April 2010 and found four dancers dancing without any clothes.

Based upon the statements given by those dancer girls, Police has filed case against the owner of the dance bar along with the manager, Roj Rana, Baba Shrestha, Rajendra Raymajhi. According to the statement, those girls were forced to dance in such vulgar manner and strip off all the clothes and even indulge into prostitution. Police has prepared a charge sheet against the owners on the grounds of women trafficking, forced prostitution and some civil rights violation. Roz Rana had been accused of forcing girls to dance naked before too, but was released on bail. He has been accused of various civil law violation prior to this incident.

Roz Rana’s movie Takkar Dui Mutu Ko is currently running in the Valley, while his another movie ‘Dosti’ is currently running outside the Valley.
