After Mero Euta Saathi Cha ( I Have a Friend ) which was heavily inspired from the Korean movie - A Millionaire’s First Love, yet another Korean adaptation is under production. Titled First Love, starring Mahesh Shakya (Sano Sansar), Aryan Sigdel (Mero Euta Saathi Cha), Vinay Shrestha (Sano Sansar), Nisha Adhikari (Mission Paisa) and Reecha Sharma in lead roles is a youth romantic comedy.

Directed by Simos Sunwar, Mission Paisa fame, the movie originally had Namrata Shrestha who was replaced by Recha Sharma after the infamous mobile porn incident. While there is whole bunch of commercial masala movie makers churning out greens with action-glam-item-romance targeting rural and lower middle class audience, New makers are trying to attract the urbane middle class and upper middle class audience who enjoy Hollywood and Bollywood flicks. After nominal success of Sano Sansar, Mero Euta Saathi Cha, directors are finally taking bold step to bring more of modern and urbane stories. First Love is one of them.
